Millet Program Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

  • Running weekly Millet programs (Ball Hockey, Board Game Cafe, Drop-In Youth Centre). You’ll also have the freedom to create new programs based on your passions and giftings. 

  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep for the Millet One Accord Centre 

  • Staying connected with youth throughout the week, building/mentoring relationships 

  • Creating and teaching “Coach’s Corner” - a short 10 minute bible lesson - at each program 


The Ideal Candidate

  • Be an Ideal Team Player 

  • Have a vibrant, mission-minded faith 

  • Demonstrate a strong theological/biblical understanding 

  • Possess strong people skills

  • Have proficient organizational abilities 

  • Be a self-starter and have a strong work ethic 

  • Teachable and humble 

  • Have a heart for teenagers and youth ministry 

Partner Development

  • Personal partnership development – which includes securing and maintaining a sound base of financial & prayer partners to a level sufficient to fund the salary and immediate costs of this position.  

  • The successful candidate will need to have the written and/or verbal recommendation from their Pastor 

At first, this position will be part time, but can evolve into creating a ministry that revolves around your giftings and interests. There is a small starting salary, but you’ll be responsible for finding financial partners and fundraising the remainder.
